CurrentThe Director of Intake and Quality Assurance is responsible for converting leads into sales while ensuring all company clients are provided with the highest standards of care by the entire team of Case Coordinators. This role is key to the company’s growth and requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality customer service.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead conversion rates and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Work closely with the Director of Marketing to optimize sales and marketing efforts.Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure the ongoing performance of the Case Coordinators meets the highest standards of care.Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's processes and policies.Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and referral sources.Key Qualifications:Proven track record of success in generating leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
