First I had started to work in a SORMAS refractory materials company as a Project & Planning engineer The biggest project in the planning is the implementation of the MRP system to the factory. It also reduces the stock levels and simplify the stock controlThe biggest projects are the ÇİMSA Kayseri refractory installation, ERDEMIR Blast Furnace various ladle , BOF, EAF ,tundish projects. Afterwards I completed my military obligation and started to work as Glass Manufacturing Engineer ın LAV (Art Craft) . I was responsible of Batching and Glass Furnace Operations.I have also ran projects on the following tasks :Energy efficiency management in Regenerative Glass Furnaces,FMEA of system ( Improve the Glass colour quality)TPMApplication of the Autonomous Maintenance ( Lower the bearing change) After that I had been working in an American company MINTEQ the premier supplier of engineered refractory lining systems,Responsible of Implementation of 5S, TPM, Daily Management Control, Standardized Work and Problem Solving. I attend 4 Kaizen application and last two I ‘m the Kaizen Leader.. After Kaizen making small set up changes approximately we ‘ll gain 300.000 $ .After that in order to improve my quality perception I pass to the automative industy named Ustunberk Holdıng / Martur which is the Turkish Biggest Automative Supplier ( Including 20 different factory ) and partnership between all OEM companies Due to obligatory city changement I have been start work in Arslan Metal and Mould as a Proses Quality Manager. Company has a 3 main production factory including Casting and CNC machining proceses. % 90 of the products sent to abroad for OEM's I'm responsible for the Continous Improvement ( Kaizen,TPM, Enhaced Work Orders,Problem Solving) , Customer Satisfaction (Problem Solving,Root Cause Analysis) , New Project Realization and the new invesment including furnace,casting and CNC machines

My biggest projects is the to set up a new QC laboratory and standardize the process laboratory. The laboratory machines didnt working properly and the system is out control through this we meet with lots of customer complaints. After making FMEA and deciding the control points we start the measure the process and compose the standart and controlling the system with SPC. After that last year dramatically the costumer complaint number is 1/4500 lower than the previous years.Also Kanban Raw material Stock Management system establish and between 2010-2012 production,production planning and quality departments was managed and material management system was established. -
