At Viva Labs, I had the privilege of serving as the leading designer for a white-label smart home app aimed at simplifying daily life, supporting over 130 IoT devices. I contributed from the project's early stages through to its acquisition.Working with a dynamic, geographically dispersed team worldwide, I gained invaluable experience in remote collaboration, further enhancing my ability to drive successful outcomes within a global context.In this role, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:- Ideating innovative feature concepts- Crafting copy and defining the tone of voice to ensure consistency across all communications- Developing, maintaining, and managing the app design and design system across teams and partners- Managing partner expectations- Facilitating smooth handovers between teams- Overseeing the implementation process and ensuring quality assurance

I also created a dynamic font color widget aimed at enhancing the visual appeal and readability of IKEA's web-based ads, which, while not released during my time there, showcased innovative design solutions.
