Ocean Arks Tech's technology seeks to solve an important part of the problems generated by the lack of mobility in current aquaculture, which forces fish to be tied to a fixed area without being able to move away from adverse conditions as they would in their natural state. Being tied up and close to shore, in the long run, is unsustainable for fish, for producer and for the planet.The world is dynamic, everything is in motion and constantly changing. The technologies of the 21st century must consider these aspects to be sustainable in the long term. This has been the cornerstone of our company.To achieve this, Ocean Arks Tech designed and patented a mobile fish farming center capable of operating in the open sea in international waters, which has its own motorization that allows it to move and ensure that the fish will always be in the best water conditions, as they would in their wild state.The ship has a length of 174 m, a beam of 64 m, a feed storage capacity of 450 tons and a range of 25 days to operate without resupply. Its production capacity is 4,000 to 5,000 tons of fish per cycle.The goal of our technology is to restore mobility to the fish, move them away from the coast and take them to open water, to areas far from the accumulated problems of overconcentration, pollution, parasites, algae proliferation, red tides, drops of oxygen, among many others. others, giving them the opportunity to live in better quality water: Better for fish, for producers, for consumers, for sustainability and for the Planet.Aquaculture is one of the great opportunities that we have to feed the growing world population efficiently and sustainably.
