As an Adjunct Instructor in the CWU Craft Brewing Program, I am the instructor for the Business and Marketing of Beer course with students working towards the Craft Brewing Certificate and the only Craft Brewing Bachelor of Science degree in Washington state. CWU Craft Brewing is an interdisciplinary program providing students with the overview of the biochemistry, microbiology, technology, and business of brewing. My course is the only within the program that teaches students the business and marketing of beer, providing students with an in-depth understanding of the business of branding, marketing and selling craft beer.
