During my time at Brewers Fayre, my tasks included the following.• Working variable shifts around my studies, striving to always deliver excellent customer service to guests and encourage repeat business• Providing table service to a ‘zone’ of around 15 tables which could house up to around 50 guests and managing this to brand standards.• Working on the bar, preparing, and serving drinks to guests.• Operating on a ‘clean as you’ go policy to keep food hygiene standards high and using COSSH training to use ECOLAB chemicals safely.• Would also work on food expo duties in the kitchen, working under pressure during the busy summer months to get food to tables in a timely manner• Working in a large team of 9 FOH staff to hit sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
