I am currently a final year student at Bournemouth University after undergoing a placement year. I have spent the last year working in the fast paced, global company Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Working for such a world-renowned company has allowed me to gain and extensively develop my skills. Throughout the year, I was given the opportunity to acquire management skills whilst also building my confidence inside and outside of a work setting. Alongside this, my communication skills have been significantly enhanced as well as my critical thinking, and multitasking ability. My internship at Enterprise Rent-A-Car has also allowed me to strengthen my adaptability and resilience which I know will help me enormously in the future.As my first year was during the height of Covid-19 I spent it learning and working online. Here I learned how to communicate effectively without being face-to-face. I also found out how hardworking and resilient I am from my ability to succeed in such uncertain time for university students. I enjoy communicating with all types of individuals and working as a part of a team which I have been able to develop through group projects in university but also working as part of a team in jobs.
