An analytical thinker, a good communicator, team player, hard worker and results oriented person focused on achieving set objectives.As an Oral Bible Translator Trainer, My Key Scope of work;Responsibilities:* Primary Responsibilities: Aid in the development, continuous updating, and implementation of FCBH's training strategy for both oral Bible translation and the Render software Lead and participate in training sessions for partner organizations on- and off-site, including through videoconferencing at both organizational and individual levels Act as a trainer for Render projects concerning oral Bible translation methods and the Render software to increase capacity with the goal of releasing it Provide ongoing project training when needed Train other trainers to launch projects while also providing them with continual support Create documentation regarding Render training processes alongside maintaining relevant materials Conduct demonstrations of the Render software if necessary*Additional Responsibilities: Offer data from projects to the Render Project Coordinator and Technical Support Specialist for documentation purposes Assist in maintaining the ministry’s use of database cooperation between Database Developer, Project Coordinator, & oneselfAttend meetings with partnersProvide hospitality services such as tours or local transportation when requiredParticipate in appropriate professional development opportunitiesAssist with any additional duties that may arise.
