- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platform(s), ensuring smooth functioning, user experience optimization, and adherence to best practices. This may involve coordinating with the IT team or external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.- Manage the creation, maintenance, and organization of the online product catalog, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is reflected on the e-commerce platform.- Coordinate the processing, tracking, and fulfillment of customer orders placed through the e-commerce platform. This includes working closely with the warehouse or fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate material evacuation and order shipment.- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to online orders. Provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
