We work in an increasingly complex and dynamic work environment, characterised by ever expanding sets of intersecting ecosystems and value chains. This environment creates opportunities for a new skill-set, not defined by a role description, but the ability to situationally navigate both the micro and the macro, apply systemic thinking, develop integrated solutions, deliver dynamically and lead people through the change.I operate in a matrix role where I leverage diverse skills to solve dynamic organisational problems. My current role is a hybrid of strategy, architecture, complex delivery and journey management.My most recent focus areas includes customer strategy, culture transformation and journey management as well as digital transformation in our customer product sets. I am a business architect but have also overseen an enterprise architecture team, which has allowed me to bring the world of business, data and technology together.Strategy without delivery is just ideation and my last functional responsibility is change delivery. I manage my company’s centralised Project Management Office where I am building a high performance team through hands-on coaching and mentoring. My role also includes delivery lead for specific complex strategic transformation programs, combining strategy, design, delivery and complex change management.In my personal capacity I am passionate about service and getting more involved with the plight of homeless people.
