A serial entrepreneur who’s passionate about creating a scalable infrastructure and culture within businesses to maximise results.I arrived at Selina as the fifth member of staff and have overseen it’s growth to more than 2000 employees across 60+ locations. As part of the senior management team we secured $95m in funding to rapidly expand our concept which facilitates a balanced ecosystem between work and living spaces for entrepreneurs, digital nomads & travelers. As VP Technology I love finding and building solutions which can be applied to a diverse range of markets. Overseeing a range of different projects such has allowed me to provide teams with a vision to then execute. I’ve been fortunate enough to manage seven figure budgets and large teams globally. This has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my role to create environments where people can thrive. Moving to Panama from Israel to pursue my dream has been extremely rewarding and being surrounded by incredible people has given me a unique perspective when it comes to scaling a business across multiple markets.
