After spending years in the Corporate environment in Project Management and Account Executive roles, I decided to leave the office behind and embarked on a journey into the Health and Wellbeing industry.I trained as a Remedial Massage Therapist, became a Yoga Teacher, and then undertook my Pilates Instructor training, specialising in Rehabilitation. My passion is working with people to help them to move and feel better. I owned Performance Massage, a company providing professional, high-quality, and regulated Massage services to elite sporting teams in Australia and New Zealand. Working with the NRL, Rugby Union, AFL, and cricket at both national and international levels. Whilst I no longer own the company I continue to work with the elite athletes and private patients.Working with professional athletes I understand the importance of professional massage to assist with preparation, performance, and recovery at the elite level.
