Responsible for servicing full recruitment desk of up to 18 accounts at one time, encompassing a wide variety of physician specialties. Duties include consulting on-site at clients facilities to determine recruitment focus and strategy; daily screening and opportunity presentation to physician candidates; weekly interaction with clients to provide prompt.

Procured candidates through a variety of media including: direct mail campaign, internet/internal data- bases and cold calling hospital residency programs. Screened candidates to establish physician's motivations, present practice, background, and future practice/community requirements. Achieved and often exceeded budget of passing 40 or more qualified.
