- Completed the redesign and implementation of pilot scale Platinum Group Metal processes- Led troubleshooting of process bottlenecks and incorporated additional process safety features utilizing MOC- Wrote and updated SOP documents for processes, unit operations, and LOTO, and updated technical P&ID drawings using AutoCAD

- Led the research and experimentation of a multidisciplinary engineering project on media loss minimization in industrial water filtration tanks- Constructed a lab scale model of an industrial water filtration tank and piping system to simulate backwash cycles based on literature of tank flow patterns & water filtration systems- Documented the effects of two phase flow, flow rate operating conditions, and system geometry on tank flow patterns and the formation of quiescent zones using MATLAB- Presented quarterly reports of research results to external sponsor

Took part in running three separate educational engineering summer programs: Attracting Women into Engineering (AWE), Boys' Engineering Science and Technology (BEST), and Rowan's Introduction for Students to Engineering (RISE). - Assisted in educating young students on common engineering concepts to support analytical and innovative thinking during problem solving- Cooperated with undergraduate students of various engineering disciplines to provide a contextual point of view for concepts in science and mathematics- Encouraged "out of the box" thinking of students in various engineering-based activities and interactive lessons
