XOTIK Indah - An Indonesian Destination Management CompanySpear headed the organization to expand operations within Indonesia 🇮🇩 across the lesser known islands of Indonesia including Raja Ampat , Komodo 🦎 , various Gilli islands etc. Not only was I instrumental in crafting the strategy and approach for this new area of business, I was also effective in bringing in strategic partnerships — including hospitality platforms, brands and B2B accommodations agencies in India ,Australia & UAE.My strong business acumen and ability to connect-the-dots were what helped me through my career and spurred my quick success in XOTIK INDAH.

This role gave me an opportunity to work along with the global inbound market of the United Arab Emirates, We started as an association with Arabian explorers which is a Globally celebrated DMC. With the majority of clients from the European & CIS market, we successfully inculcated the Indian market and made it the top producing region for the organization. Was responsible for building the company`s brand at a national level. Going further we at Track Holidays launched our own full-fledged DMC as GVM Holidays LLC which with our collective team efforts became the first choice for all the MICE players in the Indian & South asian travel trade market.

North tours was a leading Destination management company for the United Arab emirates. It owned almost all parts of the Travel trade infrastructure in Dubai. I was hired to cultivate new market opportunities at the Regional as well as the National level. Over the period of the year, I was successful at developing and maintaining a network of 600+ Accommodation agencies & agents across several parts of Rajasthan & Gujarat delivering a gross revenue of 200,000USD++.

As the first overseas role, I joined here to Head the Front office department. This minimally designed Yacht hotel is built with Victorian architecture. With a team of 50 odd members collectively worked towards delivering the best client experience as per the international hospitality standards.Equipped with 112 keys this Floating hotel is one of the best in the country.

As the youngest Lobby manager at this massive 461 rooms property, I was responsible for various shifts & team members. Diligently handled overall shift operations & trained the team along with the same. Mentored & Monitored department cashiers, Guest relation executive, clubhouse personnel & airport team. Was also the departmental trainer & also controlled the overall roaster for the entire department of 80+ people.

Selected among the top 14 students from various prestigious hotel schools from all around India. Here Trained and worked at 05 different hotel units across the group at various roles & profiles. The Management program comprised of various projects for graduating different levels internally, fortuitously completed all the different levels & graduated from the program to become Asst Manager Front office at The Lalit New Delhi
