Octavian is an economic development professional with a passion for helping people through entrepreneurship initiatives to help them unlock their potential. After completing his undergraduate education, he worked with a variety of international non-profit organisations to help communities overcome poverty around the Eastern Africa region. Additionally, he helped schools to become financially self-sufficient by starting school-based enterprises engaged in financial literacy and inclusion, starting with community banking (savings groups).Upon graduation with his Masters in Business Administration, he worked as a mentor and international coordinator with other Tulsa business owners to provide business mentorship and coaching to entrepreneurs in East Africa and the United States.
