Octavia Litvinov serves as the Manager of Business Development for the Automotive & Mobility and Energy Industries at Morgan Lewis. She manages projects for her industries and delivers key findings to firm management. Octavia is skilled in strategic planning, project management, business transformation initiatives, business relationship management, research, market and competitive intelligence, and professional public speaking. She was promoted from a Strategy and Development Specialist where she provided key analysis on geographic and industry trends for the firm. She managed projects from initial engagement to delivery and develop strategic implementation plans. She previously worked as a Senior Revenue Analyst for Morgan Lewis and provided in-depth analytics and support to the Revenue Management team. She worked with the team to conduct and present analyses related to revenue opportunities, such as the standard billing rate setting process, and contributed to the development of technical solutions and tools to evaluate client and matter performance. Octavia currently collaborates across practice groups and manages projects with the Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Operations and Firm Finance teams to support the firm’s financial and strategic objectives. Octavia is a member of the firm Sustainability Committee and ALISS (American Legal Industry Sustainability Standards) subcommittee. Through Morgan Lewis, Octavia volunteers with Achieve Now, a local non profit reading program that is dedicated to closing the reading gap for underserved and at-risk children. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Octavia served as Senior Financial Analyst at large health insurance company and managed a $130 million business technical services annual budget. Formerly, she served as Zone Financial Operations Analyst in the retail sector and as International Operations Manager at a recruiting firm. Her career responsibilities have encompassed revenue analytics, financial budgets and forecasts, and operations.
