Mandate:* Enhance Production Monitoring: Transform our approach to production monitoring by standardizing processes and practices across the site and implementing essential tools for tracking progress, such as KPIs, dashboards, milestone meetings, OKRs, and budget oversight.* Foster Team Development: Partner with the Online Services Director to strengthen local teams' skills and roles, creating opportunities for greater contributions to the production process.* Ensure Team Well-being: Maintain team health while balancing immediate production requirements in collaboration with Domain Directors.* Manage Talent Development: Oversee recruitment, promotions, compensation, career progression, team expansion, training, and development, incorporating feedback from domain leadership. Act as the cultural ambassador for the Online Services team.* Provide Strategic Insights: Offer a high-level overview of Online Services development efforts to support data-driven decision-making.* Establish KPIs: Define key performance indicators to effectively assess and monitor the status of Online Services projects.* Review Project Roadmaps: Collaborate with the Online Services Director to evaluate project roadmaps in relation to resource availability and strategic goals set by the Executive Director, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks to ensure timely and on-scope delivery.* Develop Sustainable Strategies: Create a collaborative and sustainable strategy alongside the Online Services Director, identifying opportunities for improvement within and across projects.* Advise on Production Optimization: Provide strategic recommendations to the Online Services Director regarding production intelligence and optimization.

Key responsibilities: • Negotiate and agree on quality procedures, in line with best practices, in-house standards and specifications;• Asses customer requirements and ensure those are reached;• Proactively monitor performance of employees, create meaningful objectives to help professional development • Determine training needs for multiple cross-functional project/product teams • Build effective teams, across multiple sites (Bucharest, Kiev and Pune), by inspiring, motivating and coaching them; • Lead and mentor other managers/team leads, aligning on department strategy, anticipating skill gaps and organizational needs; • Act as a key factor in the recruitment process – hiring decision; • Define QA Strategy, Approach and execution in development projects • Provide expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing. • Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation. • Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders. • Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. This includes testing tools for functional, performance, automation, etc. • Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams. • Work with QA managers, Development managers and the Software Development Director to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals. • Manage project resources: ensures planned capacity will deliver project on time, quality, and budget; assesses skills requirements for current project and next

• Understand complex technical information and develop efficient and effective testing solutions and plans;• Good Project/ Software Testing Life Cycle management skills;• Perform Staff management & mentoring, performance reviews and discipline, training needs analysis and training program, planning - including knowledge transfers, recruitments, newcomers induction/ coaching. • Flexibility when proposing and implementing quality standards, processes and procedures, adapting them to the context, special conditions, and needs;• New tools scouting, evaluating and proposing implementation in order to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of team's performance; • Client side oriented attitude and in the same time provide backup for team members when it is required;• Negotiate terms, conventions, work protocols in relation with project teams and other entities; • Raising alerts to upper management (related to projects/ tasks and people under my coordination) and proposing mitigation plans. • Centralizing service requests, managing team's resource allocations with a mindset for optimizing costs, while ensuring flexibility and continuity for our service;• Finding new ways to enhance and expand the service by implementing new testing concepts and methodologies; • In collaboration with the higher management, elaborates plans, team objectives and strategies and reports back providing progress status for the assigned tasks; • Travel on site to offer coaching and support;

• Establish and evolve formal QC processes, ensuring that the team is using best practices.• Oversee all aspects of quality control including new tools and processes to ensure that quality goals are met (develop strategies).• Act as key point of contact for all QC aspects of releases, providing QC services and coordinating resources internally and externally;• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations;• Develop and execute test cases, plans and procedures;• Develop process to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible;• Lead and mentor team members (provide any training that team members need);• Communicate clear instructions to team members;• Listen to team members'​ feedback;• Monitor team members'​ participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed;• Create/distribute reports to update all stakeholders on the team's progress• Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes• Conduct daily/weekly meetings with all stakeholders;• Maintain open communication with internal/external teams

• Conduct tests on specific (Walkthroughs, AI behavior, Scripted events, Features, QA localization tests, Smoke tests, Level Design and Level Art tests)• Perform debugging and creating instances using assign database following internal reporting procedures Probability (JIRA, Mantis Bugtracker, BDB)• Perform database regression tests;• Maintain constant communication with the team or/and Project Lead;• Create Reports on assigned test areas;• Develop basic/complex test-cases on assigned test areas;• Provide first hand mentoring for newcomers;• Assure support on team assignments;
