Working together with another Poddium co-founder and team to make AI Powered Storytelling Platform as part of Poddium project.

I was an early adopter of podcasting since its beginning rise in Indonesia. I started managing production of tens podcast channels at Poddium (Podcast Medium) since 2017 as a hobby. Then this hobby grew into starting-up a business of digital literature content production house and digital literature content publishing and management platform. In addition to podcast, we have expanded into audiobook, audiodrama, audio picture book, ezine, and of course ebook. In addition to content production, we now also develop a platform to enjoy and manage them.I am responsible to producing contents at Poddium, which includes the following:- Podcast production: Plan, manage, and produce podcast at Poddium.- Product development: Plan and manage the whole product lifecycle from product idea, market validation, to product market fit, and product improvement/pivoting/retirement.- Content production: Plan and oversee the whole content production pipeline, from idea development, manuscript curation, content recording, content editing, quality control, and content publishing.- Team management: Ensure that the whole team work efficiently.Notable selected projects:- Cultural Preservation Program with Universitas Pancasakti Tegal in 2021. In this project, we help curated manuscripts which then become the source material for production of 20 ebooks, 20 audiobooks, and 50 podcasts. We also trained 100 students to do all of those production which was then published in Poddium platform.- Digital Literary platform development for Elementary School students with Disabilities with Universitas Negeri Surabaya in 2022 (Pustakanesa).Notable selected awards:- IDR 20 Million from Kotex She Can Fund program- IDR 1,5 Billion from Kedaireka Matching Fund program by Ministry of Education Culture Research and Technology- USD 5,000 AWS Credit from Amazon Web Service Startup Portfolio program- USD 25,000 Azure Credit from Microsoft Startup Founders Hub program
