- Major achievements: Participate as Project Manager in the Implementation of ERP – SAP into the all Goldcorp Operations in México, Participate in obtaining the Sarbanes Oxley certification.- Functions: Coordinate the Systems activities in this company. I am responsible to support, develop and maintenance 3 Mines and the Corporate in Hardware, Software, Communications LAN/WAN including Switchboards, Cisco Routers (MPLS).

- Major achievements: Develop and Implement the Systems strategy 05-07 including the E-Business, Business Intelligence (DatawareHouse) and APS (I2 Corp.). FOCUS (FORD CREDIT USER SYSTEM) REGIONAL MANAGER. Mar.1997 - Sep.1997- Major achievements: Coordinate the implementation of Mexico. Create the Focus regional group that will support the L.A. retail sales in those countries. Participated in the computer, communications requirements in order to support the L.A. requirements.- Functions: Coordinate the FOCUS implementation/support the Latin-America countries -- The countries included in the project were Mexico (actually implemented), Argentina, Venezuela and Brazil.PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS MANAGER Sep.1995 - Mar.1997- Major achievements: The first FOCUS (Ford Credit User system) was successfully launched on time and other processes were completed as planned. o The Guadalajara branch was successfully launched last August 1996. o The support was provided to assist all areas in the identification of their needs accurately to improve or create new processes.- Functions: Provide required support in the development and/or implementation of systems to improve present operations performance.
