Responsible for assisting customers with all of their shopping needs including assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, preparation, and loading of merchandise. Also responsible for responding to customer inquiries throughout their shopping experience including promoting customer loyalty plans and/or extended protection/replacement plans where appropriate.Answer questions and recommending outdoor power equipment based on customer job and needs. Provide information on equipment and specs of each item.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.Maintain a service van and its inventory.Process paperwork after completion of each job.

Maintain wheeled vehicles, their associated trailers and material handling equipment systems. Use of applicable references, inspecting, servicing, maintaining, repairing, replacement, adjusting and testing of wheeled vehicles and material handling equipment systems, subsystems and components such as: power plant/packs, compression ignition engines and engine fuel systems, air induction and exhaust systems and cooling systems. Vehicle chassis and power train components including, frame cross members, clutches assemblies, transmissions, transfers, final drives, propeller shaft assemblies, brake systems and steering systems, suspensions systems, fifth wheel assemblies, wheeled vehicle crane, hoist and winch assemblies, and hydraulic systems.

-Assist customers with document shipment and pick up.-Assists with operational procedures including sorting, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information.-May process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process.-Solely responsible for Amazon shipment account.

-Read work order instructions to determine work assignments or materials or equipment needs.-Record number of units handled or moved, using inventory lists and receiving instructions.-Move freight on pallets to storage facility from moving trucks into warehouse using an electric pallet jack.-Break down containers of freight using box cutter and restack individual boxes if required by receiver instructions.-Rewrap new pallets of freight after breakdown for storage in warehouse.
