Within many of my previous adjusting roles, I remained primarily responsible for investigating and settling moderate to difficult claims for multiple assigned lines of business promptly and equitably under minimal supervision. I am very precise and detailed while determining liability and compensability, securing information, arranging property damage, settling claims utilizing my expertise, following federal laws and regulations, and lastly abiding by claims best practices. I am also hands on while setting reserve and recommending reserve changes to supervisors and company attorneys in preparing cases for mediation hearings and or litigation.
