• Third-party in the largest Mercedes-Benz Trucks assembly plant outside of Germany. Duties:
• T-Systems’s Field Services support within the Mercedes-Benz plant.
• Technical experience supporting IT hardware and software including but not limited to Microsoft products and solutions such as Windows OS, Office and Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange environment, Teams Telephony, Mobile.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, SCCM, MDM such asAndroid and iOS enrollment, Wi-Fi and VoIP troubleshooting and IT documentation.
• Ensure proper installation and configuration of network, laser and thermal printers.
• Monitoring of support tickets on the Service Now platform and SLA management.

• Technical experience supporting users globally in 1st and 2nd line support. Technical experience supporting IT hardware and software including but not limited to Microsoft products and solutions such as Windows OS.

• Review incident tickets in the management system and monitor respectivetechnician’s queue.
