Manage the day to day infrastructure of the initiative.

As a National OTL Ambassador, I will continue to work as an advocate for equitable education, support OTL current campaigns, be a press contact, and sign off on op-ed's for national news outlet.

This is a volunteer position that focuses on imporving the quality of education for NYC public schools.As a parent volunteer, I am heavily engaged in creating campaigns to improve the quality of education in public schools. I attend meetings with elected officials as well as the Department of Education personnel to present proposal that CEJ have developed to improve schools, as well as talk about ways we can work together to make our campaign and proposals a reality. I am often the spokes person for CEJ at rallies, to the media both print and TV, and I facilitate many of the meetings with DOE and Elected officials. I have written and published articles in educational journals on our organizing work.

Organize middle school parents at two schools in central harlem to increase their belief and the community-at-large that college is attainable for their students, and to increase awareness about the college process

Working with a team of 12, to develop develop, enact, and continually improve a pathway into teaching that prepares and supports high quality teachers for careers as educators in traditionally underserved schools and communities.
