- Implement Validation protocol.- Check and review the data resulted from all the desired tests (Linearity, Accuracy and Recovery, LOQ & LOD, Robustness, Precision and Stability).- Follow the cGMP, GLP and safety precautions. - Follow the documentation system requirements. - Check calibration and calibration checks as needed.- All required activities to ensure quality and quantity of work and cost effectiveness with compliance of cGMPs, GLPs and safety requirement. - Creating and updating AVICO MOA, and SOP’s.- Operation of instrument: PH meter, balances, vortex mixture, ultrasonic bath, magnetic stirrer, water bath and oven.- Calibration of instrument: PH meter, balances.HPLC- Well trained on the following instruments HPLC (Surveyor & SHEMADZU), UV Detectors, (PDA Detector).

- Operation of instrument: PH meter, balances, freezers, micropipettes, centrifuges, vortex mixture, ultrasonic bath, magnetic stirrer, water bath and oven.- Calibration of instrument: PH meter, balances.- Preparation of stock and working standard solutions, mobile phase, pooled plasma bathes and all other solutions.- Preparation of quality control and standard curve samples.- Operation of HPLC systems (pumps, detectors, auto samplers, column, oven, and system controller).-Operation of LC\MS\MS systems (pumps, auto samplers, column and system controller).- Samples handling: pipetting, extraction and preparation for injection.- Analysis of samples using HPLC and LC\MS\MS systems.- Preparation and verification table of concentration and Validation Report and Method Development and Validation.- Implementation of good laboratory practices (GLPs).- Documentation of all the above in the logbooks, note books and work sheets.- Well trained on the following instruments: LC\MS\MS (API), HPLC (SHEMADZU), -Good working in bioanalytical by using HPLC instrument and LC\MS\MS. -Knowledge of SOPs (standard Operation Procedure)
