• Provides technical support services to maintain flight simulator devices to FAA 14 CFR Part 60 as well as legacy and international certification, according to each device requirement. • Provides maintenance support to keep flight training devices (FTDs) to the quality standards required by the company SQMS • Performs hardware and software analytical diagnosis and corrective maintenance on simulators and other training devices. • Performs debugging and troubleshooting using iTSM, CTS & CTS-PLUS and FDF. • Executes QTG testing and grading on flight simulator devices• Participates on the installation of upgrades and configuration changes on flight simulator devices• Performs daily procedures; such as pre-flight and post-flight routines and preventive maintenance tasks (PMS)• Performs maintenance of new and vintage visual systems, including VITAL IV, E&S SP 1, Tropos 6000 and Raster XT3 and XT4. • Performs maintenance of electric control loading systems (CAE 7000 Dynamic Load Unit Control System)• Performs maintenance of new and vintage hydraulic motion and control loading systems• Performs maintenance of new and vintage interface systems including CAE 7000 USB_IO System
