I answer multiple incoming phone calls throughout the day. Using Excel, I keep track of all our current employees, employee attendance, all employee pay rates and any pay rate increases, all equipment, equipment damages and purchases. I process and submit the bi-weekly payroll for all employees. I keep track of purchase order numbers, office inventory, and uniform inventory. I train new team members and build working knowledge of current office duties. I create and send billing invoices using Quickbooks, also keeping track of all customers and vendors. Working closely with management, I ensure timely submission of finance reports and I am responsible for accounts payable. I also assist with data upload and tracking. Everyday I create and send out work orders, and communicate daily job reports to supervisors. I submit new hire paperwork, interpret and explain rules and policies to staff, file vendor invoices and file bank statements. I assist customers and employees with any problems, comments or concerns and I am always available to help translate in Spanish if needed.

Provided prompt and courteous top of the line customer service, greet every walk-in customer, handle all types of store transactions for the company's products and services. I helped maintain a clean and pleasant store environment, replenished products, answered phone calls, gave information on our services and sold our promotions, commission. I set up interviews for new hires. Make inventory orders, and help customers with any inquiries. I checked in inventory orders and kept track of invoices.

Starting as a phone representative/cashier, my job included taking multiple phone line orders and walk-in orders. Upselling on every order taken. Later on I was promoted to a manager, I maintained and made sure everything was kept organized and clean.
