I have experience in retail, restaurants, and customer service. From the age of 17 to 19 I was able to gain insightful experience in the restaurant industry in which I was able to learn leadership skills for the roles I had. I was also able to hone my communication skills to resolve customer disputes. My current position is in Customer Service where I am required to communicate effectively with Merchants to assist them with business needs that they have. I also had the opportunity to commence an internship at Ensign Partners Tax Solutions which allowed me to gain deeper knowledge and understanding into Tax Accounting with a wonderful mentor.
