Odalys’ has over 23 years experience in the areas of legal and human resources. Her legal work started in a boutique law firm as a Paralegal, specializing in corporate law, including probate and commercial litigation, managed several projects, and fine-tuned her writing, organizational, and administrative skills.In early 2011, Odalys left the law firm in pursuit of a new career in Human Resources, joining the team of American Advanced Technicians Institute ("AATI"​). By the end of 2011, Odalys was given the Rookie of the Year Award for redrafting and implementing compliance policies and practices, and in-house training to supervisory staff in leadership and compliance. At the end of 2012, she was given the President’s Award for her outstanding professionalism. In 2013 she was promoted to Corporate Affairs Manager, and at the end of 2014 was given a Special Recognition Award for her professionalism and community dedication. In 2017 she joined CBT College as their Human Resources Manager, and in February 2018 she was assigned to the position of Interim Campus Director of the Miami Gardens Campus. During this time she held a dual role (Human Resources Manager & Interim Campus Director) in order to transition the company's restructuring plan and the eventual closing of the campus.Odalys enjoys working with special projects and serving the community. Through her community involvement she was elected to serve as President of the GFWC Woman's Club of Hialeah for two consecutive terms. She was also elected to serve as Vice President of the Board for the Town of Medley Chamber of Commerce, and in 2015 was appointed by Commissioner Esteban Bovo to serve as an advisory board member of the Miami Dade County Commission for Women. Odalys continues with her professional development in the areas of Human Resource and Leadership.
