Currently, I work at Synthesis where I am responsible for leading the Content Lab and working with a team of creatives to craft engaging content, taking advantage of Natural Language Processing (NLP), business insights, Python, and open data to empower creatives. I am a Screenwriter and Story Editor at Urca Filmes, where I have been involved in various film and television projects, including a feature film based on the life of Claudinho and Buchecha and a miniseries based on the life of Belchior.I'm also a Screenwriting Professor and Creator of the Fulbright New Voices, a pocket MFA screenwriting workshop to underrepresented communities in Brazil. Sponsored by the Fulbright Committee and the American Embassy, the workshop provide aspiring screenwriters with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the industry. My experience as an MFA in Northwestern University has been valuable in preparing me to teach and mentor aspiring screenwriters.
