Olga Danko is an industry pioneer and a purpose-driven leader with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in reputation management, producing behavior change and lasting social impact via the focus on sport, gender equality, and sustainable development.Founding reputation management agency OII Meaningful Communication in 2005 was an organic next step in a successful editorial and media management career in top hi-tech Ukrainian titles. Throughout the years, the agency has been working with some of the biggest names and leading brands like The United Nations, The Office of The President of Ukraine, the Kyiv City Administration, Samsung, Bayer, Bolt, Cisco, and many others.In 2017, Olga significantly expanded her role in the sports community by joining the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. Here, she became a member and, from 2022, she has been leading as the head of the Athletes' Entourage Commission. In this leadership role, Olga fervently advocates for the Olympic principles, focusing on promoting gender equality, and women's empowerment, and leveraging sport as a powerful means to contribute to peace. Her dedication in these areas underscores the vital role of sports in fostering global solidarity, understanding, and peace.Olga gained deep expertise and insight knowledge in the field of sport by founding and managing an alternative format sports school Sportiko for children (2016), as well as managing high-performance sports in the role of the Vice President of the Ukrainian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation. A highlight project of country brand strengthening via sport was the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships Kyiv-2020 held in Ukraine and led by Olga as Executive Director.Sustainable development is a core priority for Olga in the initiatives she undertakes. Taking social impact projects to a new level has been possible by the Impact Force umbrella brand co-developed by Olga in 2021, and synergy from the co-founders. Serving as the Chief Communication Officer of Impact Force, Olga applies her vast experience to spearhead impactful communication strategies that advance the organization's vision of a sustainable and equitable future.
