Center Manager
CurrentResponsible for operational results against established service standards, budget and other financial criteria.Assists in development and implementation of performance improvement plans as indicated by evaluation of same.Participates in the development and monitoring of compliance and monitoring/compliance to staffing guidelines including use of temporary and agency staff.Monitors the center’s operational compliance with local, state and federal regulations and policies and procedures.Acts as facilitator and is a member of the PACE Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT).Assists in development and implementation of PACE operational policies, procedures, protocols and regulations for direct participant care and support services.Assists Area Center Director or Center Director in conjunction with compliance and quality,with maintaining the stability and reputation of center by insuring that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal contracts, regulations, laws, accreditation, protocol, licensing and certification requirements governing InnovAge PACE operations. Establishes positive working relationships with health and social service providers.Assists with the development of operational budgets for departments of accountability.Directs, supervises and evaluates the performance of center management team.Effectively supervises and manages direct reports and provides, by example and leadership, motivation and direction to employees of the organization.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable state and federal employment laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees.Ensures annual employee performance reviews are conducted in a timely and effective manner. Evaluates performance of employees for compliance with established policies and objectives of the organization and contributions in attaining objectives.
