Employee Financial de-stress is causing absenteeism and lack of productivity in the workplace. On average 3 hours, a week is lost due to employees worrying about their finances. At fynamics we have created a unique Financial Wellbeing Programme to help employees with their finances. This is the first of it's kind in Ireland as it is based on Behavioural Finance. We address the issues that cause financial de-stress and give your employees the tools to change their lives. Our aim is to help your employees achieve Financial Wellbeing, our programme consists of workshops and one to one personal coaching.It is my job to ensure that we design a programme that suits your company needs. I liaise with business owners and HR managers to provide them with a tailored financial programme that best suits their company needs.
