Responsibilities:• Office administration activities: service providers attraction, contracting, interaction with the administration of the business center, etc.;• Recruitment of IT staff of different levels for DAXX;• Conducting HR interviews of candidates, organization of client interviews;• Organization of workplaces for employees;• Adaptation and retention of personnel, organization of corporate events; • Management of Private Enterprises of employees;• Kharkov branch budget administration.Achievements: • Organized Kharkov branch of the Daxx "from scratch"; • Found and rented office space that meets industry standards;• Created an attractive brand name of the company in Kharkov IT society;• Attracted key persons to Kharkov office, so office will be able to grow and develop;• Created a comfortable working conditions and created a potential for growth of the branch;• Created and maintained the relationship of trust between employees of the branch;• Successfully solved conflicts in relations between `customer - employee, employee - employee.Effectively operated in terms of resource scarcity (time, finance, information support).

Achievements: Implemented a new activity for the “Personnel Center” - human resources consulting:• The proposals for optimization of organizational structures and division of responsibilities and credentials between the structural units of retailers were developed;• Performance appraisal system of sales personnel, system of payments and compensation were developed;• Job descriptions for local supermarkets’ staff (FMCG) were created and adapted;• Individual consulting of the heads of businesses during the period of organizational changes;• Mystery Shopping technology were developed and implemented;During my work with “Personnel centre” we expanded our activities outside Kramatorsk, and started active cooperation with other cities of the Donetsk region (Donetsk, Slavyansk, Druzhkovka, Gorlovka, Enakievo).
