Interim Exec role running a group of 17 Elderly Care & Nursing Homes for BDO and RBS. The parent company was in administration but Regal Care Trading is a new company with the operations hived down. My role involved transforming the operations and quality of the business. In 2012 only 6 homes were fully compliant, by Q3 2013 16 homes were fully compliant. Occupancy was grown by over 10% and turnover of managers dropped from 88% in 2011/12 to 11% in 2014.
