I managed 900 employees in Sweden, 150 in India, iwith a turnover MSEK 1100, 9 offices in Sweden, 2 in India. One of Sweden's foremost IT-consultants within product engineering and digital solutions, with Ericsson, Volvo, Sony Mobile, ST Ericssons, Telia and Saab among the largest clients.My primary tasks were to stabilize the company at a turbulent moment in time, clarify the strategy, and create a real sense of purpose among the co-workers. I was also responsible for an acquisition of a unit of SonyEricsson with 40 employees, located in Linköping, that strengthened Cybercoms offering significantely.

My first and foremost task was to stabilize the company financially, through better insight into the financial developments, followed by raising new capital, re-negotiating bank agreements, and calming financial investors. Secondly, to create an efficient financial department that could support and guide the operational units in a meaningful way. I managed two new share issues, and a number of bank re-financing rounds. I also oversaw the setup of a US subsidiary, as well as close-downs of a number of offices, in order to streamline operations and increase profitability.When I started Cybercom had 1800 employees in 10 countries, a turnover of MSEK 1700, and was listed at the OMX Nordic stock exchange. I was a member of the Group management team, responsible for the financial strategy and reporting, offshore strategy, M&A activities, etc., 6 employees at Group Finance, as well as local financial teams in each country.

During my time with Ceres, we advised mostly large listed companies such as Tele2 and Saab on acquistions and divestures, e g Saab's divesture of Saab Space. We also advised many medium-sized private companies on trade sales, e g the sale of Xdin to Alten group of France.

Plagazi was founded on a concept for managing waste through plasma gasification, which had a close connection to my PhD-work at the Royal Institute of Technology.
