Transformed the Adobe license sale at Atea from perpetual to Cloud-based subscriptions for the Creative Adobe Software. This demands a complete overhaul of the customers agreement structure. In April 2015, the same transition started with the Acrobat products and licenses. And we got the award - ADOBE EMEA PARTNER OF THE YEAR 2015. 2016 is rounded, and it is time to put an end to the Adobe journey for this time with a little flashback. It has been an exciting journey, with a total restructuring of the entire license business from traditional "perpetual licenses" in 2012 and to selling only Cloud-based software subscriptions in 2016. The period concluded with a turnover which is 3x as high as the year before I started in Atea, with an result enhanced 7 times. So I am very pleased with both the business transformation and the overall development for the vendor. Adobe has climbed from the 13 most important software partner to number 4 in 2016. -
