More than 17 years experience in IT, working several solutions of biggest players in the market: software testing (functional, performance and security), application lifecycle management, business service management, asset management, application performance management, CMDB, processes automation and orchestration (servers and services).Acting as Solution Architect and Leadership supporting business/commercial prospecting, identifying business opportunities in customers, developing solutions/products, using mapping needs, requirements and constraints of the IT environments and business, ensuring the level of service agreed, focusing on the Customer Satisfaction.
