R&D team leader at AcousticEye Ltd., Tel-Aviv. AcousticEye was a startup in the non-destructive testing industry that was started as a seed. The company started with two co-founders and me. I helped in creating and managing the company’s R&D team and designed and built our first working prototype. This included, among other things, designing and assembling the hardware, writing the necessary algorithm that was based on a physical model proposed by one of the company co-founders, and more. At its peak, the company raised more than $10m, we had sales worldwide, and fifteen employees working in the company. Managing such an enterprise, from a seed to a company with customers, products, and sales was a mesmerizing ride on a roller coaster.
