Develops, directs and implements a comprehensive bank internal audit program; develops the Bank's Annual Audit Plan for submittal to/approval by the Audit Committee, ensuring compliance with audit requirements of the Fiscal Control and Internal Audit Act, risk assessments and credit control; determines the priorities of the internal audit activity consistent with the bank's jurisdiction, missions, and program objectives.

My primary focus and responsiblities are to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the bank’s key risk management, control and governance by identifying audit risk, analysing internal controls and ensuring compliance with associated processes and procedures in all areas of business operations . Managing the bank business activity in the fileds of project finance for corporate and strategic clients. significant part of the role was working in conjunction with external bodies such as governement office and head office representatives from France. I was responsibale for following the deal from the initial point of the clients applications, analysis of the deal, pricing and submting applications to credit committee. I have also took part in the process of wrighting and implomanting new procedures in the bank

I was responsibale for the growth and profitability of Business clients in the St Kilda Road Local Market. The objective of this position was to develop the portfolio by proactively acquiring new business customers to the ANZ (balance sheet growth) as well as Identify new business opportunities from existing portfolio and cross sell additional products .
