For over a decade, I have filled the most central positions in the IDF Spokesperson Unit. As part of my military service, I was in charge of the relation between the IDF, the Israeli, and the international media. During my service, I formulated the operative strategy and was accountable for its implementation. As part of my duty, I was assigned on the spokesmen's efforts at the main operative events of the past decade, including the operations "Protective Edge," "Brother's Keeper," "Cast Lead," "Pillar Of Defense," "Gaza Flotilla Raid" and Gilad Shalit's Exchange.My service in the IDF Spokesperson Unit included developing the speaker's theoretical knowledge, the methods in dealing with media crises, and the most suitable response to routine matters.Thousands of officers and soldiers in mandatory and reserve duty were under my responsibility, and I was obligated to them in routine, as well as in an emergency.I established the new military school of communication and developed the qualification programs which sculptured the most prominent and most trustworthy spokesperson system in Israel.
