Retail Oriented Leader and C-Level Executive"Running successful multi-stores retail operation, is like orchestrating the Philharmonic."In the last 25 years, I mastered the art and science of the fashion consumer goods business from the floor level to the General Management of Israel's top retailers.Started as a junior salesman in our family business and then managing sales and marketing in Segem Optics, providing lenses to the eyewear industry.Rabbi Rafael Halperin, the owner of Optica Halperin hired me as his personal assistance and during 19 years I helped him grow the Chain from 20 to 140 stores, nationwide, negotiating mega-deals with malls, suppliers, institutional and pharmaceuticals. During this period, I trained hundreds of employees and business partners, improved profitability, merged competitors into the Chain and built a national logistics center for lenses.With my ambition to grow professionally even more, last year I moved to I-Optic, a premium boutique eyewear chain, with 8 brunches.
