Odeh Haddad is the Founder of Elevate Recruiting. As a sales veteran of over 17 years, Odeh decided to take a chance on himself to build a best-in-class boutique recruiting firm that will dedicate themselves to quality service. Odeh’s number one goal with launching Elevate Recruiting is to build a team of like-minded professionals who want to deliver an elevated experience for their clients and candidates. Prior to launching Elevate Recruiting in 2023, Odeh served as the Managing Director of Beacon Resources, a recruitment firm specializing in placing finance and accounting professionals in Southern California on a consulting and direct hire basis. Overseeing the Southern California market and managing a team of 36, Odeh played a pivotal role in the growth of Beacon Resources. Odeh also played an important role in the sale to Addison Group and full integration into the Addison Group umbrella. Odeh won many awards in his career but none more fulfilling as Echelon winner in 2022 at Addison Group as a sales leader. Prior to joining Beacon Resources in 2017, Odeh was a top sales performer for another recruiting and staffing firm, Century Group, winning multiple presidents club awards. Odeh is a first-generation Southern California native, born and raised in Los Angeles. Odeh’s entrepreneurial mindset started in 2009 with the launch of his first small LA-based business, with a successful exit in 2014. Odeh received his business degree from San Diego State University. Odeh has a beautiful wife and 2 amazing children.
