For more information, please visit us at www.portvanusa.com.General Duties• Supervise Fleet Superintendent, Rail Superintendent, Facilities Superintendent, and manage facilities maintenance staff.• Assist in developing short and long-term plans for strategic development of port facilities.• Maintain open and consistent communications with tenants regarding facilities and infrastructure needs.• Work with Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Property & Development to develop preliminary building and site layouts and alternatives for new tenants and development.• Assist with annual budgeting and implementation of the Port of Vancouver's Capital Facilities Plan.• Responsible for automated maintenance work order system administration establishing and ensuring workload prioritization for customer service and maintenance operations; manages the processes for work flow, distribution, workload, measurement and evaluation.• Develops and coordinates maintenance improvement programs for the identification and prioritization of department needs.
