Field Sales Manager
Current1) Provids relevant information needed to develop the regional sales plan and strategies towards achieving the agreed regional sales target.2) Assist in implementing the regional sales plan and strategies.3) Implements the company’s customer Service policy in the assigned sales territory.4) Ensures adherence to company policies as regards sales, marketing and credit control. Collects all debt owed by customers and ensures that their cheques and credit facilities are operated in line with laid down regulations.5) Seeks out, and recommends for appointment potential Franchisees and distributors within the designated territory.6) Assist to monitor and review regularly Franchisees’ performances and makes recommendations as to their retention or dismissal.7) Maintains close contact with customers and reports on sales performance, market trends, competition and other environmental factors which may impact on sales within the territory and recommends counter strategies.8) Provides technical, marketing and sales support to the company’s Franchisees.9) Conducts demonstrations on products knowledge to painters and Franchisees.10) Reports on customers’ feedback and complaints11) Prepares visit schedule, conducts visit to customers to promote sales and maintain good customer relationship. Writes weekly and monthly sales report on the business activities within the assigned territory.12) Monitors stock level in Franchisees’ outlets and report on stock condition and age weekly. Requests for replenishment based on customers request and anticipated order.13) Performs all other official assignments for the effective implementation of the company’s sales objectives.
