As a graduate teaching assistant at the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, I am responsible for teaching laboratory sessions, grading and tutoring students for the Introduction to Environmental Engineering (ENVE 2110) and Water Resource Engineering (CIVL 2060) during the spring semester. This affords me the opportunity to mentor students on the application of the principles of fluid mechanics to problems dealing with the collection, storage, control, and transport of water in natural and engineered systems.Additionally, I work as a teaching assistant for Intro to Engineering Design (ENGR 2050), where I instruct students on the use of different machines and help guide them in the design process for their team projects.

During my time, I started the inaugration of compound representatives, which was done in a bid to be more effective in catering to the welfare of students, and also to encourage young people to take leadership roles.
