While there, I gained a strong understanding of the impact online retail has on a business concerned with profitability and customer retention. >I am experienced in the retail sector and have gained beneficial training in customer service from my time working in Easons, Dunnes Stores, and in the Bus Tour industry in Canada as part of a work visa in 2019.>I have a strong passion for Marketing after completing my degree, with particular interest in the areas of Branding, Social Media and Consumer Behaviour. I am fascinated by the methods used to enhance customer perception of a business and understanding what governs the buying behaviour of a customer and designing products, Ad campaigns and increasing brand awareness based off these behaviours. >I have a flexible approach to work and can communicate well with team members thanks to my involvement with group projects in college which is illustrated further below>I have completed various live projects during my degree that have allowed me to develop skills such as communication and teamwork among peers to ensure work is completed to best of our ability. * Final Year Capstone Project allowed me to learn how to develop and market a sports therapy product and attract potential customers to our company website and social media accounts through effective company advertising and campaigning. I was also responsible for the birth of our product name and assisted in the development of a logo while driving brand awareness on our Instagram account. * Emerging Technologies Project | In 1st Year myself and 2 others created a website on Weebly and made weekly blogs that explored the world of Emerging technologies. These blogs were then presented to the public in our college atrium.
