I am a Partner and Chair of Data Privacy Compliance and International Privacy at Fox Rothschild LLP. I regularly advise clients on issues regarding to compliance with laws and regulations in the privacy and data security fields in the as well as on privacy aspects of acquisition transactions, joint ventures and engagements of third party vendors. I utilize my in-depth knowledge of EU privacy law and expertise working with US-based companies, to assist clients of varying sizes and industries in preparing for compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In my practice I closely follow legal developments and emerging technologies, analyze their implications on clients’ businesses and devise pragmatic, actionable solutions for compliance. My professional certifications include: Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) by the PEBC; Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the laws of the US Private Sector (CIPP/US) and in the laws of the European Union (CIPP/E). I have also been recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP). I am a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and co-chair of its Cyberlaw Committee. I am admitted to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania and Israel. I am also admitted with inactive status as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Delaware, as solicitor in England and Wales, and in as a legal practitioner in New South Wales, Australia.

Follow technological, legal and regulatory developments in the clients’ field, evaluate their potential impact and advise clients on business requirements resulting from such proposals- Advise clients on all privacy and data security matters implicated by acquisition transactions and engagement of third party service providers including oversight of the due diligence process, negotiating data protection reps and warranties, and involvement in post-closing remediation. - Represent clients in technology and cloud transactions by drafting and negotiating licensing, service, and SaaS agreements
