I utilize my in-depth knowledge of EU privacy law and expertise working with US-based companies, to assist clients of varying sizes and industries in preparing for compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In my practice I closely follow legal developments and emerging technologies, analyze their implications on clients’ businesses and devise pragmatic, actionable solutions for compliance. My professional certifications include: Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) by the PEBC; Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the laws of the US Private Sector (CIPP/US) and in the laws of the European Union (CIPP/E). I have also been recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP). I am a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and co-chair of its Cyberlaw Committee.
