I am proud to announce that I just became a mother of a cute little boy.

As Managing Director of SCCL my approach is to organize networking opportunities that would have impact. Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania is building bridges between Sweden and Lithuania. With over 90 members this is a strong networking community of Swedish and Lithuanian businesses.As Managing Director together with a team and members we:- Organized over 30 events with over 900 live atendees and over 40000 online atendees;- Strengthened community ties with new initiatives;- Fostered partnerships with other Nordic Chambers in Lithuania and Ukranian-Lithuanian Chamber;- Cooperated with Swedish Embassy in Lithuania, Lithuanian Embassy in Sweden and Innovation Agency.- Developed organization strategy;- Developed communication strategy.

I worked on a project EU4Digital. The EU4Digital Initiative is the EU’s flagship regional programme to support digital transformation and the harmonisation of digital markets in countries included in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) joint policy initiative.

Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN) fosters business angel activity through communication, events, networking, syndication of deals both locally and across Nordics by uniting wealthy individuals, successful entrepreneurs, and executives that are curious about angel investing activity, are interested in sharing their knowledge and network with new entrepreneurs.I was responsible for LitBAN communication, events and community building.My approach was that it is our task to connect angels with good startups, but even more critical role is to build trust among angels as they usually invest in groups.

I was responsible for the project Lietuvos galia. It's a project seeking to promote active citizenship, community building and voluntary work. Together with Communication team we created communication strategy for this cause. During my time in Presidential palace I improved my skillset as a communication specialist.

During my time at Idea Prima I worked as an account manager with few clients. - Pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis social corporate responsibility projects.- Lithuanian Railways campaign Vilnius Connect.- Capitalica Asset Management communication.- Promotion of Mindaugas Residence.- Bear Cargolift opening in Lithuania.

During this year I worked on various communication projects:- Together with FrontIT team we prepared material how to present their new e-commerce and big-data services;- Released new issue of the Baltic Jewellery News;- Contributed to the concept creation of Digital Explorers closing event;- Worked on promotion of the Baltic Jewellery Art Gallery - online platform for author jewellery;- Coordinated preparation and promotion of Lets do it! national cleanup event;- Prepared a concept of Green app (tool to inform public about products that are friendly to environment) for GovTech Lab challenge.

Mission of INFOBALT is to promote the use of Information and Communication Technologies to benefit society, businesses and public sector. My mission in INFOBALT was to facilitate increase of exports of association members. During my time in INFOBALT I've contributed to creation of Lithuanian IT export strategy. Also, I made a large contribution to preparations made for participation in Smart Country Convention (Berlin), when Lithuania was a Partnerland of this exhibition.Main responsibilities included: Digital-Lithuania cluster management; Coordination of business missions and international exhibitions; Export group coordination at the association; Lithuanian ICT industry promotion; Social media management.

11 companies have agreed to cooperate to create a brand “Amber Made in Lithuania”. The aim of the campaign is to promote Lithuanian amber jewellery and to remind customers worldwide about specialties of Lithuanian amber design and high quality of handcraft. We are glad that we have been noticed by EU investment fund measure "Business cluster LT".

Baltic Jewellery News has a printed version and a web-site. It is distributed in international jewellery exhibitions. Kurk Lietuvai (Create for Lithuania) is a one-year work placement programme for young professionals launched by Invest Lithuania in partnership with the Lithuanian Government, aimed at Lithuanian youth who have completed their studies at universities outside of Lithuania.During the year there are three rotations. My first rotation was in the Ministry of Economy. Me and my colleague were creating a unified feedback model for Lithuanian inspections, which will be used to change the perception about inspectors as "punishers"​ to a "consultants", since most of the people who actually had experience with inspectors, think that they are polite and professional people. Check it: inspect.ukmin.ltMy second rotation was in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Development Department. Me and my colleague were consulting Department on Development communication, transparency and Global Education questions, we created Development Cooperation Communication Guidelines for International Development projects managers.During third rotation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Development Department. Me and my colleague were working on analysis how to improve project management and efficiency in projects that are funded by Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We looked into what courses are needed for Department team and for project managers. We created the Development Cooperation Project Management Guidelines that will assist the courses.

Takk, Island! is an all day event, where Lithuanians show their gratitude to Iceland. (Since Iceland was the first country to recognise Lithuanian independence.) Responsabilities:- Finding volunteers for the project.- Inviting special guests and performers to the conference and other events, organizing their flights and accommodation.- Taking care of the events, which will take place during the day.

My main responsibility was to assist commercial attache of the Ministry of Economy.Other responsabilities: • Assisting political advisor in preparation of weekly Swedish press review.• Assisting cultural attache in cultural events.• Looking for bussiness partners for Lithuanian furniture company. Successful meetings ended with cooperation agreements.• Doing research on Swedish printing and food packaging market. Passing valuable contacts and consulting Lithuanian printing and packaging company.

Responsibilities:• Promotion of Lithuania as a tourism destination.• Organizing 3 trips to journalists from Food&Travel; Vice; Vertu; Automobile Magazine; American GQ magazines.• Assisting with correspondence, keeping records, responding to official emails and phone calls.• Working with British Airways & Wizzair to promote Lithuania in their travel magazines. • Improving the official Lithuanian National Tourism website by means of updating information provided to tourists.
