- Developed custom ERP system for the firm from scratch together with my team andthird-party vendors. Testing, troubleshooting, resolving software defects andrefining it based on requirements of various other departments/users toensure/enhance the system’s efficiency and integrity.- Developing and maintaining various on demand operating systems, applicationsoftware, database packages, compliers, assemblers and utility programs withlimited oversight.- Assisting, mentoring and managing the team, allocating tasks among team members.Being a first point of contact in absence of the team leader and managing thecomplete life cycle various of development/support projects.

- Participated in launching of a new foreign university in Uzbekistan.
